Building Requirements service is a web application widget related to HMM GeoPortal (Makkah GIS Explorer), it offers exporting a PDF layouts (krouckies) directly from HMM GeoPortal for parcels and subdivision plans.
How widget works
The widget starts by selecting between subdivisons or planning parcels, then it offers the possibility of navigating to the parcel/subdivision by entering the parcel no or subdivision name, and it prompts to the user the relative attributes and the option of exporting a PDF layout.

ArcGIS Server/ArcMap/ArcPy, HTML5, JavaScript, Adobe Flex, ActionScript.
